We offer a free click & collect service for our instore collections and Royal Mail for our deliveries. Please see below for delivery pricing information:

Orders over £50.00 - FREE UK delivery

Please note we only offer standard delivery (3-5 working days). Should you require express delivery or next day delivery please send us an email on info@littleangelshoes.co.uk or call us on 01483 419100 and we will advise on how we can facilitate. Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from us, we would love to be able to help you - we are available to offer help and advise during our working hours on 01483 419100 or via email info@littleangelshoes.co.uk.

To qualify for a return your item must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and showing no signs of misuse, purposeful damage or in an unusable condition e.g pet hair, markings, dirt.

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us by email of your intention to return and a further 14 days to have the goods returned to us. 

If item(s) is faulty when received, please send an email with details and imagery showing proof of fault and we will investigate and contact you on our decision to process a refund. Only once we have confirmed your refund, should you return item(s) to us. 

Please note, Little Angel Shoes are not responsible for any items until we have received them, so we do recommend using a tracked/signed for delivery option and the customer is responsible for all return costs on delivery.

Any items from sale or discounted items are excluded from the returns policy, but we are happy to discuss and review at our discretion on an individual basis. Please email us for further assistance.
